  • The ProBarber App

  • Our official social media accounts, partner platforms, and third-party sales systems

By accessing or using any of these websites or platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Introduction

These Terms govern your purchase and use of all digital products, online courses, subscriptions, educational materials, training programs, templates, and related services (“Products”) offered by Elite Barbers Gang LLC.
By checking the box on our checkout pages, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to these legally binding Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Products.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any part of our content without written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions

You are prohibited from using any images, videos, audio recordings, likeness, or voice of Elite Barbers Gang LLC, its founders, instructors, or representatives for the purpose of:

  • AI training

  • Deepfake creation

  • Voice replication

  • Machine learning

  • Automated content generation

Any such use violates our intellectual property and publicity rights and may result in immediate legal action.

6. License and Usage Restrictions

You may use our Products solely for your personal or internal business use.
Resale, mass distribution, unauthorized sharing, or public posting of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

All Products, coaching materials, and courses are for educational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, results, and business outcomes.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Online Courses – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Online courses purchased through www.probarberclub.com  or any authorized platform include a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that:

  • You submit the request via email to [email protected] , and

  • The request is received within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.

11.2 ProBarber App Subscription – Non-Refundable

The ProBarber App subscription is governed by the following policy:

  • All new users receive a 7-day free trial.

  • You may cancel at any time by:

  • Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is strictly non-refundable.

  • You may cancel future billing, but refunds for the current billing cycle will not be issued.

  • You agree not to dispute subscription charges with your bank or payment provider, as acceptance of these Terms constitutes acknowledgment of the non-refundable subscription model.

Any exceptions required by applicable consumer protection laws will be honored.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Barbers Gang LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Barbers Gang LLC from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of:

  • your use of our Products,

  • your breach of these Terms, or

  • your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any Product if you violate these Terms.
You will receive written notice and five (5) business days to remedy the issue.
No refunds will be given upon termination.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You waive any right to:

  • a jury trial, and

  • participation in class action lawsuits.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any permitted legal matters shall be brought exclusively in Orange County, California.

17. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of our Products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Privacy

Your use of www.probarberclub.com  and the ProBarber App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
